Let me start by saying there is no scope of career progression in this company. You will spend years working your hardest but the HK boss will always say you have to do a little more to deserve a promotion or good hike. Fidessa is not Fidessa anymore. The upper management sold the company out to ION. The only time they will try to do something for you is when you resign. After you resign they will start jumping and playing passive aggressive games with you. The main guy at HK has no clue on how to run the company. Totally clueless and out of depth! OLD SCHOOL. Doesn't care about the good employees just like people who run after him and try to please. His way of cost cutting and saving money is to let the good employees go. I feel i wasted 5 years of my life at Fidessa HK office. The basic policies like rental reimbursement plans are not in the company.
