Fidessa have been bought over by ION Group and are implementing redundancies without giving clear reasons as to why this needs to be done. Communication around the redundancies is non-existant and they have managed to annoy pretty much every employee by only offering statutory redundancy packages and not being clear on the selection process or why the redundancies are needed. Yearly bonus was paid a couple of months late with no communication as to why and the annual pay review was postponed again without communication. ION have taken what was a relatively good workplace and ruined any good will their employees had. No real career progression prospects.
