Good company, but VERY old school - Recensione dipendente - Mechanical Engineer presso Field Aviation

If you want you innovation, this is not the place, the seniors don't bother trying new technologies (when I say new, I mean 20 year old technologies), the building was built during the stone age and wasn't updated/renovated since, the facility is extremely outdated and the washroom is actually a real health hazard! Many people left lately, no new engineers were hired... Not many senior engineers, most of them are either 15+ years in company or less than 5, not many people in between
