Awesome Company with Great People - Recensione dipendente - Sales presso Field Controls

I loved my time at Field Controls in the Engineering department. It is a smaller company, so you get those small company perks like knowing the President on a first name basis. The Engineering Manager was great, and I enjoyed his company. Unfortunately I was laid off when tariffs started up.

Not many cons to this location other than being vulnerable to the economy. Draft Technician are the first to go when times get tough. Being that it is a small company, the room for growth is quite small.

Good working environment. Good benefits. Good leadership.
