Management has no understanding of how to run a software company. They masquerade as a SaaS company, but are a custom dev shop at best and more akin to an oil & gas safety company selling software built a decade ago. They survive off of the relationship with one large client. They pretend to want to hear your advice but never listen. They try to lure you with competitive salary and bonus but nickel and dime you on your bonus every quarter. They make you sign away your common law rights so if they decide you're not a good fit you have no rights even when wrongfully dismissed. HR department is non existent. The company reeks of nepotism. CEO is a narcissist, a liar and a bully. CTO has been exiled. No senior dev has ever lasted a year. Many have accepted less money to move on. The headaches, long hours and 6am meetings are not worth your time and energy.

He wastes Investor money on extravagant items trips He calls clients and puts high-pressure sales tactics like the Wolf of Wall Street to major clients. This company is blackballed in every oil & gas company in the USA because the software does not work. AVOID AVOID AVAOID

He blew through 4.8 million dollars in one year when the company only had 2.5 million in revenue. Scam Barrett is a serial liar.

Great idea, but poor execution.

CEO is a self-absorbed narcissist as noted in many of the other reviews. He doesn't care to listen to anyone's ideas or thoughts. The other detailed reviews are very accurate. The company has a great concept, but management needs to step back and rely on the talent that they hire to execute.
