Everything else is a sham. The head office team are very poor and have no accountability for errors or mistakes. Field managers are not trained to look after staff and show consistency from team to team. Each team is run completley differently and certain managers are very rude, dont care about the team and actively put down team members with mental health issues. No one is in sync at this firm, and the CEO doesnt want to know. Extreme invasion of privacy by managers, following you around, checking CCTV in syores and trying to find ways to get rid of staff that are struggling, rather than help them. A toxic workplace led by a head office team, that only looks after its own. Fleet team are useless, currently being paid to answer the phone and tell staff to call Lex autolease with their issues. Limited support and a complete waste of 2 staff spots when the rest of the head office team cant do their jobs properly. Incredibly heavy staff turnover since march, showing huge dissapointment and staff unsettlement, due to all the reasons listed above, and many more. Litterally stood next to the company CEO and watched him belittle a waiter at a national conference.
