Honestly - nothing springs to mind. You can argue they work on behalf of some very strong brands but that is literally it.

Where to start? 20 paid days holiday offered …? 20 days…!! This is appalling in todays climate. Really appalling. No perks - NEST pension with no or very little contribution. No medical. No dental. No share plan option. No option to buy (would be illegal to sell as you only get the legal absolute minimum 20 days anyway!) holiday days. Company car - no choice of vehicle, you are forced to take it despite whether it is the right car for your personal life or not is irrelevant, and then forced to pay tax as benefit in kind (that’s fine but let me have some choice at least if I have to take a company car…?) Job itself was actually ok - it was just everything else that didn’t come with it. However unrealistic size of territory to manage and expected travel time meant you would be working 12 hour days more often than not - getting compensated for only 8 hours. Staff turnover massive - train people and pay people properly and you don’t have this issue. Very, if no room to progress unless you are putting in 3-5 years before moving on. Lastly, they deduct money from your final payslip just “incase” there are damages to the car, and then have to chase them for months to get the money back….oh and have the audacity to charge a £25 admin fee for any tickets you get!!!! Disgusting that is!!
