Dear Teammate, Thanks for the feedback! While we co-founders belong to IIT Dhanbad and so do some early team members, we've put very serious efforts to increase both gender and educational diversity within FieldAssist. We don't keep bias towards any institution and judge a candidate only to the best of her/his abilities with our own assessment methods. This can be easily seen if you get down to the total strength of FieldAssist and the people from IIT Dhanbad in it, which is less than 16%. It is very easy to form an opinion without any data supporting it. FieldAssist prides itself on an open culture. We have regular All Hands’ Meet where members are encouraged to ask questions anonymously and the CEO and the leadership team answer them all. Even otherwise, everyone is open to have a conversation about issues that may be bothering someone, at any given point of time. We are among the very few companies that not only didn’t lay off a single person during the pandemic, but also went ahead with sizable appraisals and salary hikes in 2020. To a high performing individual, there is no dearth of motivation, and learning opportunities in FieldAssist. Calling Glassdoor reviews as ‘forced’ is basically a disservice to the genuine bond our members share with us. We do request our members to share reviews, but no one has ever being forced or told what to write. We really wish that you had actually come up to us and spoken about your concerns.
