Only one pro i found in this organisation is that you can actually take medical leaves without the stress of your salary getting cut.

1. No work life balance 2. Don't join if you are not from ism 3. I know that most of the reviews on the Glassdoor are forced ones. 4. Product heads and functional heads are all from ism so be ready to be treated with no resepct whatsoever

While we co-founders belong to IIT Dhanbad and so do some early team members, we've put very serious efforts to increase both gender and educational diversity within FieldAssist. We don't keep bias towards any institution and judge a candidate only to the best of her/his abilities with our own assessment methods. This can be easily seen if you get down to the total strength of FieldAssist and the people from IIT Dhanbad in it, which is less than 16%. It is very easy to form an opinion without any data supporting it. FieldAssist prides itself on an open culture. We have regular All Hands’ Meet where members are encouraged to ask questions anonymously and the CEO and the leadership team answer them all. Even otherwise, everyone is open to have a conversation about issues that may be bothering someone, at any given point of time. We are among the very few companies that not only didn’t lay off a single person during the pandemic, but also went ahead with sizable appraisals and salary hikes in 2020. To a high performing individual, there is no dearth of motivation, and learning opportunities in FieldAssist. Calling Glassdoor reviews as ‘forced’ is basically a disservice to the genuine bond our members share with us. We do request our members to share reviews, but no one has ever being forced or told what to write. We really wish that you had actually come up to us and spoken about your concerns. - No fixed working hours, manager can call you any time for work - Expect to work after working hours - No performance judge, no skills judge, how much you work extra will be counted - No promotions at all, people holding the positions will be there, and instead promoting existing people they will hire new, so delivery is not impacted - No appraisal compared to the work they expect - No learning, they just focus on delivery, feature need to be shipped, how they shipped not matters - No job security, as many people forced to leave if they don't work as per their needs - Managers can yell, say anything but you just need to listen, if you counter than anything can happen - Favoritism and politics starts from the root level - They run their own version of sprint and agile, no planning and discussions, just finish the work in their expected time not yours. - They say they are product company, but in real they are not a product or service company either as all the requirements comes from client for their own products.
