Little to no work life balance, expected to be able to work 365 days a year and they do not recognize any holidays. Also discouraged from traveling home for personal reasons once you reach a job site unless taking an R&R. Traveling to remote job sites that can be 75 miles to the closest hotel. Can be laid off with no work for months at a time and then receive a call asking you to be on the next flight. Often work very long hours and 13 days in a row, one day off. If you have a bad service manager it can be tough to get tools and information you need and enough heads up on when to mobilize to a job site. With the huge growth of the company, hiring standards have become very low and they hire a lot of people who shouldn't be out in the field who you may have to rely on in an emergency situation.
