Management treats field employees like crap. They do not manage their field employees they only assign them. Good luck getting time off. Corporate safety is only concerned about protecting the company and not about safety. They gutted the GE employees that were brought over in the conception of the company. They constantly raised the hours that are required for overtime. Management promises promotions but then doesn’t follow through and just strings you along.
