It was remote so I didn't have to go anywhere.

Svantaggi

Their product was terrible so we constantly had clients mad at us. The leads didn't help when you were dealing with these angry clients so it was incredibly draining. The support team is the lowest tier compared to all of the departments so don't expect to be treated like a human.
