Missing a lot of structure. So many changes internally, people getting let go, they said no more layoffs and a few months later boom people gone, they expect a lot from you but give you little support, attitude from certain departments when you need their help. Just a matter of time when they let more people go so I’m counting my days here. They don’t even know what our goals are and tell us to just work hard.
