There is no regular rota for overtime, so this forced onto the more experienced staff. You may be expected to also work during Christmas and/or New Years Day if this is actioned. Unable to have holidays during and around the Christmas / New Year months. Some topics are not discussed or issues are not actioned unless other departments or management has been reminded a few times. No regular updates or team catch ups seem to be put in place currently.
