Awesome coworkers and Regional Manager. 6. Products are easy to understand 7. Most products sell themselves. 8. The DUO card!! 9

1. Micro managing!! 2. Change orders for businesses 3. Branch Manager and no motivation. 4. No support from the higher-ups for CSR's. 5. Near impossible sales goals especially ones for a promotion. 6. Impatient customers. 7. Monthly surveys which can make or break your career (CEI points) 8. Trying to compete against Chase, BoA and Citibank's sales. 9. Pointless Monday morning meetings every week.
