Micro managed so much that your manager will literally sit in your office to critique you on how you speak to clients and make phone calls. Point quota is unattainable on customer service alone, you must push loans in order to make quota. This isn’t a customer service based position, this is a pushing loans position. You will not be trained on how to create a CD, open a checking account or fill out an application for a loan; however you will be taught a script that you will have to repeat with every customer.
