Fiit feels like biggest small company in the world. They have extremely grand ambitions which has allowed them to create an excellent product - the best digital fitness product in the UK. The company is small in headcount but they move incredibly fast. Accomplishing an incredible amount in short periods, the satisfaction from working at this pace can be extremely rewarding. If you are young, motivated and willing to learn, you are going to succeed at Fiit. They welcome open conversation and collaboration from C-suite right down and encourage everyone to be a leader.
