Filamatic has been around for 70 years and is a well established family owned manufacturing business. A significant number of the employees have been there over 10 years with many staying 30 and 40+ years. Leadership is open to ideas and focused on investing in key areas of the business to foster growth. Being a small company you often have the ability to wear many hats and see the impact your contributions make to the company.

Change can be difficult for some people, but it is necessary to ensure the continued longevity of the company.

Employees here at Filamatic receive terrible support from the leadership. To be honest, I rarely feel the presence and guidance of our management. Instead, we get micromanaged by our supervisors all the time. Instead of guidance, what we get is constant, unnecessary meddling from the leadership.
