Our ability to adapt and change has allowed us to be successful for 70 years. We are committed to continuing to learn, adapt, and create an environment that encourages our employees to bring new ideas and be part of the solutions that allow us to continually evolve along with our customers' needs.

That is an unfortunate situation that you felt you were in. I am happy that you had a positive experience with your coworkers. We do have some fantastic team members who have been with us for years, with over 1/3 of our employees having been here for more than 10 years. We have also had quite a bit of changes within leadership roles that I am sure contributed to the increased work and leadership styles that are not aligned with our values. One of our core values is continuous improvement and that is something we are committed to. We have made numerus changes to not only bring in some really great leaders but also provide them and all employees more support and encouragement to proactively voice any challenges. We strive to address them and make sure we are providing the environment that continues to have a consistently strong base of employees who have and continue to spend decades with Filamatic.
