The accounting dept is tough to work in. Some employees get away with things others wouldn’t be able to. They hire unqualified employees and then cover up for their failures. The management leaves a lot to be desired. The CFO doesn’t look at employee’s qualifications, it only matters if she likes them or worked with them before.
