There are really none to highlight

The people who do the work are like the moss on a rock, they have found a way to survive despite insurmountable odds. They make the workplace bearable.

Senior leadership is driving the company off a cliff. The former founder leadership was amazing. The current C level doesn't share the vision nor care about the low end of the totem pole. Their desire to sell the company and make a huge profit on 'ghost stock' was stupidly obvious and everyone knew why they fired HR. They don't trust the people doing the job and don't listen to anyone because at the end of the day, there is only one opinion that matters. The current CEO (not Darrell, who passed away last year) has veto rights over everyone and every idea even if its him vs the rest of the company. There are no checks or balances against power-mongering. Executive leadership doesn't value, trust or listen to the 'boots on the ground'. People are terrified to speak up because there is only one strong personality that counts and its not anyone but the CEO.
