We thank you for your review and are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience at Filoli Center. In conducting our market research, we recognize that our base pay was low and have increased our base pay in 2020. Employees also received a bonus in 2020. As for our job descriptions, we do write clear and complete job descriptions for all positions. However, job roles and responsibilities can change based on business needs and this is why we look for flexibility in all our roles.
