Company appears to be losing it way as a sales organization. Newer upper management is driven more by KPIs than revenue generation and lacks any interest in the sales process and lacks any experience in building field sales teams. Ownership also seems to have lost its way in its expansion. Company no longer has the "family-owned feel" promised. All new locations are treated as a cog and almost as a burden with minimal support.
