They are constantly changing policies and procedures about everything. Very disorganized yet blame it on "growth." They have no clue what they are doing. Push sales on you constantly yet when you do perform and reach goals all you get is a verbal "good job, but do more" yet they arent going to give you any type of incentive to do more. They constantly want you to "prove" yourself as if your resume and performance has not done that and that is the sole purpose that you were chosen for the position. Little to no communication and good luck communicating any problem you have with the way things are handled or you are treated because they will fire you with the quickness. Just another typical call center job except no where near worth the pay. Their temps get paid little to nothing but expect to do all the crap work and pick up the slack of their "regular permanent" employees.
