- Horrible Scheduling (one day you work 3-11pm and may come in the next day from 7-4pm) Don't even get me started on the night shift.... - Over Obsessive metrics and unnecessary micromanaging (you don't need to know how long it took me to go to the bathroom....) - Horrible QA processes for agents, basically throwing teammates under the bus. - Management only cared about metrics and numbers. Restricted the way we did our work flows because a few people would manipulate the system. - Leads who literally got their jobs out of favoritism. Provided no support at all when needed and came off very snobby. - Very intrusive software installed on the machines we were working on (keyloggers etc.) - Engineers could WFH and got mac book pros while us agents got the worst quality chrome boxes. - Limited Bland snack selection because CEO doesn't like sugar. - Lack of a real HR department to vent frustrations
