      Plano location and amenities are outstanding. There isn't much else any longer. They have taken away the culture committee events, holiday parties, etc. everything good...

      PTO is one of the worst I have seen (they are taking away earned PTO), employee morale is so low, especially if you worked for the Legacy MedAssets company. MedAssets had such a wonderful culture and it is being squashed by new leadership. They are doing layoffs and replacing positions with offshore (development and QA). Tenured people are leaving in droves.

      The worst company I have ever worked for. The CEO has destroyed the company. AI will dominate the space and Finthrive will be even more irrelevant as each day passes. Customers are actively focused on eliminating Finthrive’s footprint as each day passes.
