Below average - Recensione dipendente - Senior Software Engineer presso FinTrU

Poor management which leads to no business and finally they have announced redundancy this month (Jan 2026). No strong product moat, poor USP, unnecessary spendings. Most importantly, engineering & Product managers are not skilled enough to recruit strong engineers (except couple of peoples). Overall, I wont recommend this organisation to anyone until the top level management, EM and PM completely changed to build strong product which market demands.
