The work life balance and people at this company are unmatched. Smart, driven, and professional, while also fun, flexible, and kind.

Finacity is a small company in a niche segment of the financial world, so there isn't really any name recognition among those that have not worked directly in the trade receivables/working capital finance space.

Not a lot of good. Pay isn’t great, benefits are pretty bad but you can work from home sometimes and work life balance is decent.

This place has horrible management, they micromanage everything. There is no autonomy at all. They do not communicate well with employees. There is no room for growth whatsoever no matter how hard you work. Management is rude and doesn’t care about lower level employees and there is no HR to advocate for you.
