1. Management will never listen to you 2. Worst profiling description - they will hire you for some JD and you will work on something else after onboarding 3. Your role is to simply follow commands no additional stuff/idea you can add. You are just not allowed to do so. 4. You get fed-up way fast by looking at the environment, management behaviour, colleagues support, work dependencies, additional load on you, out of scope work for you, extra hours of working. 5. They take Cashback of all your Loyalty bonus component which could be almost 30% of your salary if you choose to quite within year. (of course they mention it in Agreement while you sign but remember to read it as well) 6. Once you are through understanding concepts and developing as much you could do and fedup with management not allowing you to explore more/addon to organization (which is around in 2-4months after you join) its all feel waste to go and work everyday. 7. Every Saturday Working. Sometimes called on Sunday too. 8. They will deal with you like outsider while you are no notice period. 9. Less clean environment on your desk/canteen/washroom (place for only 2 ppl at a time for toilet/urinal) 10. No Added perks and benefits, no leaves (limited to 1 per Month) while you are on probationary period which is 1 year from date of joining. 11. There are many more.. It's all worst thing ... they claim to be MNC but they work like still startup started last year.
