      Business model relatively unstable, recent and constant turnover of CFPs due to chaotic work environment, management's ego is much larger than their talent, high decibel office noise with nonstop profanity. Do NOT be lured into "waiting on the bench" year after year, its a lie and you will be fired at a moments notice. Devoid of ethics.
