Vantaggi

- The office itself is modern, comfortable, and located in a fantastic central London location. - The vast majority of colleagues are friendly, approachable, and willing to help. - On the surface, there is a genuine commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives. - The FT brand and its mission attract bright and talented individuals, making for intellectually stimulating work conversations.

Svantaggi

- Onboarding was disorganised and inconsistent, virtually non-existent in my case. This made it difficult to understand company processes and who was responsible for what. - Teams often operate in silos with little cross-functional visibility, which creates confusion, duplication of work, and poor communication, especially during times of internal change. - My experience with line management was deeply negative. My line manager displayed bullying behaviour and had a close relationship with the HR business partner, which made it difficult to raise concerns or seek support. - There was a clear lack of structured support in my department, especially for new joiners. This left me feeling isolated and unsupported in my first few months.

Vantaggi

Great company culture. Low-stress, but most publications are for the most part.

Svantaggi

The pay is very low for all positions in the market. Even for publications. They loose talent because of this.
