      You never get a raise, there is only part-time hours and even with an employee handbook you will get conflicting advice from management.

      Working at Financialize has been a really positive experience. The leadership team is supportive and approachable, and you can tell they genuinely care about helping everyone succeed. There’s a strong culture of recognition here, and wins both big and small are celebrated. Even though the company is fully remote, I still feel connected and part of a team, which isn’t easy to pull off. There are also plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, with ongoing training and resources that make it clear management is invested in our development.

      On the flip side, it’s a fast-paced environment, so if you are not adaptable it can feel overwhelming at times. The company is growing quickly, and with that comes a few processes still being built out and refined.
