You've raised valid concerns around resourcing, testing, and go-live readiness. As our client base has grown, we've at times found ourselves stretched and we know that’s not sustainable. We’re actively investing in strengthening our engineering capacity, improving internal processes and ensuring that quality and scalability remain front and centre as we continue to grow. We're not where we want to be yet, but we are taking measured steps to reduce fire-fighting, build in more forward planning and support a healthier work-life balance for our teams. HR Team
