There aren't any significant cons

The developers I worked with were good people and I enjoyed working with them.

Mismanagement from the top from day one. Hired people without letting them know the company was ready to layoff within months - even had someone there for like a week! Very irresponsible - this person left their secure job not knowing the company was having layoffs a week later. They sold new hires like myself on things like unlimited PTO, but people were not able to use the PTO. The office in Reston was very disconnected from the office in Dayton where nearly all the developers worked. The leaders were disconnected from Dayton.
