The executive team is always willing to help and answer questions. We are expected to work hard and earn our titles, giving the opportunity for substantial growth and development. In less than a year, I have grown more than I ever had in school. And though it is uncomfortable to get through those growing pains, Find8 has made me a better designer, manager, and person all around. They always make sure that we are taken care of, even so far as to keep us fed with snacks. Find8 takes pride in it's culture here at the office. If someone disrupts that atmosphere, they are quick to acknowledge and put an end to it. Find8 strives to make everyone happy and comfortable by being inclusive, non-judgmental, and open minded. We also get to play "Find the Yoda" and go out to movies such as The Avengers during the day sometimes.

It can be stressful working with so many clients and so many deadlines but you will get that at any agency. You are pushed to excel here and you may feel like you are at a your limit sometimes. Especially when challenging your weaknesses. Its how you choose to handle that moment. Do you break or do you raise the bar higher?
