Leadership: - Inexperienced and unstable across most teams especially Customer Success and Sales. - My-way or high-way approach. Not open to new ideas. - Favouritism is rampant. Employees: - Some colleagues are nice to work with and quite supportive. - Many were hired recently as they are friends with management. - Frequent restructuring. Makes you always think of job security. Product: - Too many bugs leading to frustration within the company and with clients - Frequent changes leading to everyone wandering Culture: - Employees often question culture at group-forums but management questions them back. - Recipients of leadership's misbehaviour are often made to look like the culprit. - Heard from many Indian colleagues about an abusive MD who continued with the company despite numerous escalations to the CEO and other CXOs (who all don't seem to care) - Firing is often used as a tool to make others fall in line - Too much chatter about diversity and culture, but no one walks the talk HR: - Newly hired HR head doesn't seem to be of much Human Resources - HR only sides with management and employee well-being is none of their concern. - Exit process is made difficult to cause trouble to employees.
