High turnover rate, hierarchical, political, disorganized, unnecessary chaos and drama, staff managed through fear and control rather than by encouraging initiative and leveraging and developing their strengths.

The pay is pretty good.

Chaos reigns. Management strong arms and uses fear as a primary motivator. Owner picks out obtuse, meaningless details when onsite. Professionally demoralizing place to work at.
