*The following statements reflects my subjective opinion:* Their hiring strategy is to hire in bulk, train people very little or not at all and then throw half of them out and roll the dice again. They constantly hire new employees who disappear after a short time. Especially at the higher levels. There is no training that I know of. They had a lot of internal systems and terms with no manual, handbook or training when I was there. Onboarding sessions were skipped. Parts of the highest management were never to be seen in a single meeting but blamed employees for not communicating with them. The information from the C-suite and above is inconsistent and contradictory. KPIs are not given, randomly changed or they refuse to define them at all. Many Finixio websites that I know of have massive amounts of fake reviews. So you can also assume that the positive job reviews here are fake. If there was a mistake or mismanagement from above, the employee who was affected is blamed or fired. As far as I have observed, there were instances of misrepresentation of job duties, changing responsibilities of employees and firing on whims and illegal reasons. I know of cases where management failed to notify employees of large parts of their duties and then blamed them for not doing a job that was never assigned to them. The best people leave in under 1 year.
