They’re approachable, down-to-earth, and always willing to share their knowledge. It’s been easy to look up to them as mentors. I also really appreciate the flexible hybrid setup. It strikes a great balance between in-office connection and the freedom to work from home when needed. It’s helped me stay productive without feeling burnt out.
