Only few employees are good

Worst Management ever in my working history, few people think they are only the boss in this company and the actual boss is cool with it as he doesn't care, they will keep you poking and form a team against you which will make your life worst to survive in this company, you wont get paid for first 15days as its in contract and you get paid only if the owner of the company wants else you have to forget your hard earned money for whatever emergency you are facing the owner of this company doesn't even care.

However, as the ‘Actual Boss’ cannot always intervene in everything, there are times when the respective team managers need to intervene to get hold of the situation and bring it back to order. We never had the policy to hold or not pay salary for the first 15 days' salary to anyone. This is a family of 100+ employees and we don't promote this unethical practice. If you didn't get your salary for any day, please share details with us. 2. Our sincere advice to you is please don't work so long in any company if you are not happy, it will cost you and the company both. If you were in FINTOO for more than one year, you must have seen something good in us else it will not go so long. Secondly, any problem, grievance, or suggestion should always come with a known face while in the company rather than writing it on a public platform with no base. We at Fintoo are like a family and just like all families, we too come across situations where we have a difference of opinion or even a misunderstanding. As everyone in the family has complete freedom to give their opinion and support the right thing, we would rather call it a free and mature culture instead of huddling up. Thanks for helping us to improve and rise further.
