This is why I love working here: - Cool workplace! No formal dress code or someone to formally report to. A lot of freedom in terms of choosing our own way to solve a problem. - Knowledgeable colleagues that have come from a strong work background. The discussions that we have are always interesting and worth a lot. - Strong management team that have years of experience in what we do. - Our learning is not just limited to our roles, it extends to the various roles that finzy offers, enough opportunity to step up and take a stand for something that I believe should be done. - It’s a flat organization, and we get to raise our voice for concerns. The management team is always open to ideas and genuinely thinks about solving those concerns. (Recently, many of us talked about getting more time for ourselves and now finally the alternate Saturdays are off!) - And the most important of all, love playing carrom-board games with some of the experts in here! ;)

- Still have to work alternate Saturdays. Hope we start getting all Saturdays off soon. - Since it’s still a small team, a lot of interesting stuff (both technology wise and functionality wise) that could be developed remains on paper and we could never pick it up for implementation. Hopefully it would be possible to work on such features when tech team grows.

The tech team has some of the best developers one can have. There is a lot of learning to be acquired in tech and a lot of learning on the business front as well. The attention to details, the software practices and the processes in place to ensure good quality code are appreciable. There is great potential to build better products.

Business priorities trend to dictate the progress and process. A lot of potentially good tech solutions that can boost the quality of the product and enhance customer experience are put on the backburner because it is not of visible value to business. Tech team does not have enough capacity and bandwidth to keep up with business needs and demands. A lot interesting and potential ideas still remain as potential ideas.
