      Great experience in Fire Protection Engineering family owned and operated definitely felt like i was wanted and needed and respected at both branches that I was involved with

      Must be able to decifer interpret and put into place all NFPA (national fire protection agency) guidelines from 13 through 72 wich takes years and years to do properly

      Great place to work - people were super helpful while training - given a lot of responsibilities quickly - but that works for me as I enjoy being busy

      Can't really think of anything as a con - maybe the coffee? I got mine from Starbucks after the first week lol.
