This is a young company to work with. You must be flexible and willing to go the extra mile as FireDisc is a fast paced environment and requires that flexibility.

Extremely family friendly company that puts their people first. Management is extremely wonderful to work with and for! Highest praise comes from family and friends who meet them and remind me how lucky I am to have such wonderful bosses and co-workers. FireDisc is on the cusp of some amazing things so the office is a fast paced, very fun environment, with new items to work on daily. The growth I have experienced in my time at the company and the potential for new growth is unmeasurable!
