Great benefits, great management, good team, friendly atmosphere.

commute, too many interns, periodic layoff

Great team members, very smart people. Some management was great. Stock equity compensation was nice. High integrity of SR leadership (think solarwinds breach).

Some management was more like used car salesmen and would sell things without thorough vetting then expect rank and file to figure it out. Some questionable promotions that were not based on merit.
