Great Sony benefits and salary, remote working, lots of holidays and less contracted hours than other studios Feels like making good progress in the work (more than other studios I worked for) Issues that have come up since I started got addressed quickly or tried to Friendly coworkers and fun parties Seem committed to training and improving even if it doesnt always go right

Lots of pressure at the moment directors can get carried away with changing directions, gets confusing and frustrating, wasted work Some people jaded from things the studio has been through before and the project Little concerned for longer term future of the company, specially with the industry cutting back jobs at the moment
