- The people are amazing: there's real collaboration, you get generally listened to and the atmosphere is really friendly - The office space is really good looking: new, full equipped with Kitchens and games, they offer free breakfast and free lunch on some days. - The project is cool: it had its problems in the past, but is gradually getting better. Everyone scope is to make this game great and the passion is shown. - The studio offers a good amount of benefits, bonuses and engagement activities.

- the studio went trough a rough period last year, not only due the redundancies: the project has suffered from lack of direction and a lot of revisions slowed down the process. I know the directors are actively working on that, especially to avoid the same errors in the future, but I guess we'll see if they're actually taking the right actions.
