Absolutely no pros to this place

Fired for trying to use pto. Work balance isn't there. You'll end up taking all the calls and tickets because the project managers are "too busy", and the rest of the analysts refuse to take calls and tickets. Any issues addressed to the boss is ignored and or treated like its your fault. Good luck working from home, half the time it wasn't approved until the morning of, so you'd have no idea if you worked in the building or worked from home until 8am (the time you're supposed to work). If you work overtime, you don't see a penny for it, there no extra pay, and there's no specials if you stay past 5. (No coming in later/leaving early).
