Good health benefits compared to many other companies. Company is strong financially and growing financially (but opportunities are being filled by outside talent, not internally)

Pervasive clique-oriented culture and sink-or-swim for those not in a protected group, both which play key roles in advancement opportunities. Perception and network matters more than individual results. Inequitable distribution of heads to sites in dire need. Poor HR environment for quality employee support, growth, and development. Burnout becoming very pervasive, with company asking for more-and-more. IS systems are cumbersome and poorly designed...creative more inefficiency instead of solving efficiency issues.

there used to be pros but i cant think of any that are left.

Too much micro managing. Will not allow department to buy parts to repair machines or make upgrades to them. Will not allow capital spending to upgrade plant process equipment. Continuing to cut budget across the plant. Lots of favoritism. People in high positions arent held to the same standard as workers ( managers can have horrible numbers and safety incidents on their shift and nothing is done about it ). Taking away sick time benefits, calling constant mandatory overtime, forcing you to cover for someone else otherwise they write you up. They'll promote workers with no drive who have lots of issues with other workers just because rather than promote the people who actually deserve it.
