- company outsources most of their workers from India to deal with our customers confidential information - we cant help our customers most of the time because we are not doing the background checks, all we can do is tell them to email the person on the end of processing their application, who is on the other side of the world. - sensitive customer data gets sold to third parties for marketing and research purposes, which I believe is unethical
