First Advantage is known to go through hiring sprees, followed most of the time by downsizing sprees! A company that loves to outsource overseas so you see a lot of "good" reviews from employees residing in those countries. A rather dishonest executive management team. You'll hear about "growth" yet pay raises are laughable and bonuses don't really exist unless you're in certain positions.
