work hours could be a bit more flexible but its a bank and i know my manager does her best to accommodate which i appreciate

There are no pros in the Charlotte office

This was my first experience working at a bank where there was no training, development, or mentorship provided. During my brief three-week tenure, it became evident that the organization lacked essential structure, established processes, and even a basic credit workflow. Had this been communicated prior to onboarding, I would have better understood the significant challenges of this bank. Prospective employees should be aware that engagement, communication, and employee advocacy were notably absent in my experience. If you currently have a strong, supportive manager, that stability is far more valuable than what this organization will offer. Overall, it was the most disorganized banking environment I have encountered.
